Restorative Conference Referral Form

This form can be used by all RAPCS staff members to refer students for restorative conferences.
RtII Referral Form

This form can be used by all RAPCS staff members to refer students for RtII services. Please note, one (1) referral form should be submitted for each student referred. Additionally, submission of this form is the first step in the RtII referral process, and data must be provided to advance the process.
