Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), Act 3 of 2008, requires the Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School (RAPCS) to designate an Open Records Officer to accept written requests from the public and to ensure compliance with timelines and the law. RAPCS has appointed the following employee for that purpose:
