Compliance Forms

Charter schools are public schools funded by taxpayer dollars.  As such, each public charter school is required to meet several compliance measures annually.  These measures include academic compliance standards, compliance reports and audits.  In an effort to increase transparcy related to compliance, RAPCS will place various compliance documents on this page for public access.  Please click the links below to access various compliance items.

School Improvement Plan:  As a Focus School as designated by the No Child Left Behind legislation, RAPCS completes a three (3) year School Improvement Plan.  This plan is updated annually and available for public review by clicking below.

Safe Drinking Water Reports

Safe drinking water is one of school children's most basic safety needs. Whether for food preparation, cleaning, or drinking, access to clean and safe water is a fundamental right.

In 2006, our entire school interior was retrofitted. This included removing any old water supply lines and installing new water supply plumbing and piping. This helps to ensure that the water used in our sinks and water fountains is clean and contaminate-free.

Philadelphia public schools are required to test building water at least every five (5) years. RAPCS conducted a full test of the school's water in 2019 and again in 2021. The most recent report can be found here.
