Clean Drinking Water Reports

Safe drinking water is one of school children's most basic safety needs. Whether for food preparation, cleaning, or drinking, access to clean and safe water is a fundamental right.
 
In 2006, our entire school interior was retrofitted. This included removing old water supply lines and installing new plumbing and piping. This helps to ensure that the water used in our sinks and water fountains is clean and contaminate-free.
 
Philadelphia public schools must test building water at least every five (5) years. RAPCS conducted a full test of the school's water in 2019 and again in 2021. The most recent report can be found below:
