Enrollment - New Students
- To enroll a new student at Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School for the 2026-2027 school year, please submit an application on the Apply Philly Charter Portal, linked here: Apply Philly Charter Portal
Re-Enrollment - Current Students
- There are two (2) ways to complete and submit re-enrollment forms. Please select one option (online or paper).
- Online Submission: Please utilize the following link to re-enroll your child(ren) for the 2026-2027 school year: RAPCS 2026-2027 SY Re-Enrollment Form
- Paper Submission: Paper copies of our re-enrollment form can be obtained from and returned to our main office during regular school hours.
