As a reminder, the 2026 PSSA testing season is upon us! Please read below for important information regarding 2026 PSSA testing at RAPCS:

PSSA Testing Calendar
- 5th & 8th Grade: April 20, 22, 24, 28, and 30 (6th and 7th grade students do not report to school on these dates)
- 6th & 7th Grade: April 21, 23, 27, and 29 (5th and 8th grade students do not report to school on these dates)
- May 1, 2026: Regular school schedule resumes with all grades in school.
- Make-up Testing: May 1, 2026 - May 8, 2026 for any missed sessions (regular school days)
Daily PSSA Schedule
On each testing day, the schedule runs as follows:
7:15 – 7:50 AM | Breakfast
8:10 – 8:55 AM | Laptop Setup & Bathroom Break
9:00 – 10:25 AM | PSSA Testing Block
10:45 AM onward | Classes & Lunch Blocks Resume
1:00 PM | Dismissal
Please note that students attend only on days they are scheduled to test. Please make sure your child arrives on time and has eaten a good breakfast!

Cell Phone & Technology Policy
As a reminder, please review the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) PSSA Cell Phone Policy before testing begins. Cell phones (and electronic accessories such as smartwatches) must be powered off and stored away during all testing sessions.
